The place was beautifully decorated, brand-new, and had a private bathroom, plus it was in a quiet location near a large sandy beach, with a cafeteria around the corner and shops nearby.

Great value for money to include pool & location to both beach and city.

The double room with balcony is a great choice for your stay. the location is fantastic, close to Cala Cantalar Nature Preserve. - the staff are excellent and ensure the place is always clean.

Terrible value for money. Extremely cramped rooms. 'Double bed' we booked resembled a 1,5 person hammock with springs sticking out. Rude staff, except for one person. Spent 1,5 hour waiting for blanket for our baby and ended up walking to housekeeping to get it ourselves. Walls were paperthin, felt like our neighbours were in the room with us. Extremely noisy hotel. Pretty far from beach and centre. Unless your backpacking this is not the place to stay. But pretty expensive for backpackers.

I have to say location and staff were excellent (although some of them could not speak English very well, they did their best to understand and meet your needs). Lovely hotel all in all and very close to amenities (maps available in reception, Playa De San Juan is a great place to explore - varied beaches very nearby, tram line so handy as well as busses). Although the play area advertised for the hotel is no longer in commission, there is a lovely play park just around the corner (exit right of hotel) which is so handy for kids. My son and I had fun finding as many parks for him to play in as possible - quite a few in the area. :)

No kettle in bedroom for a cuppa tea/coffee. Unable to change tv channels to English even though the on screen display seems to indicate that you can (not that I would normally want to watch tv whilst on holiday - there were some great fairly recently released movies on later at night but unfortunately dubbed to Spanish).

The restaurant was good with great food here, I had excellent dishes🙂

Staff (the girl in the office) was very helpful. The pool was nice. The beaches in Alicate-San Juan are better than in Alicante city.

Its quite far from everywhere, if you dont use the tram or car. Except for the hotel pizzeria + restaurant you have to walk very far to find anything to eat.

A top-notch small hotel that impressed us. 🌟 It's perfectly situated near Paseo del Puerto and super close to the beach. the Spanish food at the restaurant was a real treat!

we had an exceptional time. great venue, excellant location near the beach, pubs, and restaurants, local amenities around and city center, nearby beach and cafes, greatly enjoyed our stay.

This place offers great value for money with a balcony, and it's located in a quiet area just a minute walk away from restaurants and bars.

staff do not speak english - difficult to communicate, our room stunk...horribly... stench coming out of the bathroom pipes was almost unbearable. no extra bed was put in the room despite this being on the reservation

Cheap and cheerful, very good at these prices.

The pool was closed and the playarea a building site and they should really keep some (free or cheap) maps behind reception but really these are just niggles still think it was a good deal.
